No — you do not need a referral to book privately. If you would like to claim a Medicare rebate, you will need a valid Mental Health Treatment Plan and referral from your GP, psychiatrist, or paediatrician.

In the first appointment, you will have an opportunity to talk about what has brought you along for therapy, and how you are hoping I can help, the challenges you may be facing, and what you are hoping for moving forward. There is no expectation to share everything immediately — therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

Yes — appointments are available both in-person and via telehealth for clients located within Australia.

My work is integrative and tailored to the individual, drawing from approaches including EMDR, EFT, CBT, ACT, IFS, Psychotherapy and mindfulness-based therapies.

I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties including anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, burnout, self-worth and identity concerns, life transitions, and grief.

Please ensure you have completed the online intake form and online consent forms that were emailed at the time of booking. Your appointment cannot proceed without this as it is an essential part of the consent process. Please also email through your referral.
